Welcome
Welcome to Paths to Wellbeing. I am Alison Mann, a Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner and bodywork therapist — and I believe that true wellbeing is not a destination, but a journey.
Yoga and Ayurveda are two interrelated branches of the same great tree of Vedic knowledge — ancient, interconnected, and profoundly wise. Each has its own unique place and function, yet each flows naturally into the other, creating something far greater than the sum of its parts. When Yoga and Ayurveda are brought together, their full healing and spiritual potential is unlocked — nurturing the body, quieting the mind, and awakening the spirit.
This is the heart of everything I do. Welcome to your path.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini, the yoga of awareness, is a powerful and practical combination of meditation and exercise.
Ayurvedic Massage
Ayurveda is a 6,000-year-old holistic healing system from India. In Sanskrit, it means ‘Knowledge of Life’ -AYUR = Life, VEDA= Knowledge.
